At Gentle Breeze Massage, every appointment is carefully reserved to provide an exceptional level of personalized care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we have established the following policies and guidelines. These standards allow us to maintain the peaceful environment, personalized service, and exceptional care that define the Gentle Breeze experience.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments may be reserved online or by contacting Gentle Breeze Massage directly.

Because we believe well-being should never be rushed, appointments are intentionally scheduled with dedicated time between sessions. This allows each guest to receive our complete focus and attention while preserving the calm and restorative atmosphere our
clients value.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

New guests will receive a confidential Health History and Intake Form prior to their visit. To ensure your full appointment time is devoted to your massage experience, all forms should be completed before arrival.

Gentle Breeze Massage is dedicated to providing a professional, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for every guest.

Our practice is founded upon professionalism, integrity, discretion, and mutual respect.

Every client is welcomed into an atmosphere designed to promote comfort, relaxation, and well-being.

To preserve this environment, Gentle Breeze Massage reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary to maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being of both clients and therapist.

Health & Wellness Considerations

Your health, comfort, and well-being remain our highest priorities.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, appointments should be rescheduled if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, or any contagious condition.

Certain health concerns may require modifications to your treatment or may not be appropriate for massage services. If you are uncertain whether massage is suitable for your individual circumstances, we encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider prior to your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules occasionally change.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests seeking appointments and helps us maintain availability for our clients.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $40 Late Cancellation Fee charged to the credit card on file.

Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Arriving early allows time to settle in, transition from the demands of the day, and begin your experience in a relaxed and unhurried manner

Guests arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Sessions will conclude at their originally scheduled end time, and the full service fee will apply.

Missed Appointments

Appointments reserved without notice represent time specifically dedicated to your care.

Guests who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and fail to provide 24 hour notice will be charged a $40 No-Show Fee to the credit card on file

Wellness Series Policies

Our Wellness Series programs are designed to support consistent care and long-term well-being.

  • Wellness Series sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
  • Wellness Series purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused sessions expire 12 months from the original purchase date.
  • Wellness Series appointments remain subject to all cancellation and no-show policies.

Gift Certificate Policies

A Gentle Breeze Massage gift certificate is a thoughtful way to share the gift of wellness.

  • Gift certificates may be purchased for specific services or in any dollar amount.
  • Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Gift certificates may be applied toward massage services and enhancements.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Gentle Breeze Massage accepts major credit and debit cards.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated but are never expected. Your trust, loyalty, and referrals are among the greatest compliments we can receive.
